How it Works

1. Enable the GiftJoy skill

If you're new to GiftJoy, click here to enable the Skill, or open the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone, tap the menu icon and select "Skills". Then search for "GiftJoy" and tap "Enable".

2. Tell Alexa Your Order

To start, just say, "Alexa, open GiftJoy" or "Alexa, ask GiftJoy to send a gift card to..."  You'll then be prompted for the rest of your order details.

3. Finalize your order

After voicing your order, you'll get a text message with a link to make any edits to the order, enter payment details, and hit send! TIP: save payment details for future one-click checkouts.

4. Bring JOY to someone!

The recipient will get a text message (or email) with a link to the eGift card, which can be redeemed online or in-store. PLUS: if they prefer an eGift card to a different brand, they can swap without any fees!
